Returns & Refunds
– Purchased products will not be refunded under any circumstances.
– Each product can only be exchanged once.
– The return of goods will depend on the final decision of the Store and will be based on the price at the store at that time or a product of equivalent value.
– The store has the right to assess the condition of returned goods / faulty goods before carrying out any repairs or exchanges.
– The exchanged product must be priced at or higher than the price of the purchased product. Customers will not be refunded any excess money if the exchanged product is priced lower than the purchased product.
– Items must be exchanged when they have not been worn, not used, undamaged, and with all original documents attached.
– The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom-made products, custom colours, products with engravings, products with design details altered as requested.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.
- If you choose the pick-up service via Viettel Post, the fee will be 50,000 VND for each exchange.
- If you choose to send back your parcel yourself, you must bear the return shipping costs and shipping fees.
Within 7 days from the date of purchase on the invoice.
