Usually, orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by contacting us via the Hotline or Fanpage.

1. General terms:

– Products purchased will not be refunded under any circumstances.

– Each product can only be exchanged once.

– The return and exchange of goods will depend on the final decision of the Store and will be based on the price at the store at that time or a product of equivalent value.

– The store has the right to assess the condition of returned goods / faulty goods before carrying out any repairs or exchanges.

– The exchanged product must be priced equal to or higher than the price of the purchased product. Customers will not be refunded any excess if the exchanged product is priced lower than the purchased product.

2. Conditions for exchanging goods:

– Items must be exchanged when not worn, not used, undamaged, and with all original documents attached.

– The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom-made products, colour as requested, products with engraving, products with design details modified as requested.

3. Additional shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.

• If you choose the pick-up service via Viettel Post, the fee will be 50,000 VND for each exchange.
• If you choose to send back your parcel yourself, you must bear the return shipping costs and shipping fees.

4. Duration of the exchange policy and items not applicable:

Within 7 days from the date of purchase on the invoice.
